A Day in the Life at Cloud Nine Country Kennels

1. Breakfast
We serve Fromm’s Family Gold Pet Food (Dog) and Purina One (Cat) dry and canned food for breakfast each day at 7:30am. If you prefer, you may supply your own pet food. Our kitchen includes a refrigerator and microwave for storing and preparing any special food requests for our guests.

2. Morning Calisthenics & Camaraderie
After breakfast, it is time for morning exercise, play time and socializing. Each canine guest will have the opportunity to play and exercise in one of the large, fenced yards as directed by the owner. We have plenty of toys but please feel free to bring any of your pet’s favorites for their stay.

3. The Mid-Morning Stretch
Feline guests are allowed to roam about the private cat room or simply enjoy the window seat views. As an option, you can choose a fresh air stroll for your feline. Weather permitting, canines may spend their afternoons on the outside of the modern fresh air suite or inside if they are more comfortable.

4. Afternoon Lounging
Afternoons are usually quiet time for napping.

5. Dinner “Oh, Boy, Dinner Time!”
Dinner is served between 3:30 and 4:30pm. Following dinner, it’s socializing time or additional exercising.

6. Bedtime
Bedtime preparations begin about 7:30pm with a potty break, fresh water, pull-down bedding, a goodnight pat, hug and/or kiss, a bedtime story and of course a bed-time treat.

7. “Shush, it’s Quiet Time”
Quiet time begins at 9:00pm. We do provide treats; however, you may choose to provide your pet’s favorite treat. Each suite contains a raised platform Kurunda bed where we can place your pet’s favorite blankie. If the bedding you provide fits in our washing machine, we will make sure any messes get washed away.

Bath before Home
Before the trip home, we offer a refresher bath for your pet. Each refresher bath includes nail trimming, ear cleaning, a full bath, a spritz of doggie cologne and a seasonal bandana. We also have grooming services available during your pets visit or by appointment. We are happy to provide pet limo pick-up and delivery for your convenience.
